1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
Apologies were received from Ken Skates and Rhodri Glyn Thomas. Joycelyn Davies substituted for Rhodri Glyn Thomas.
2. Scrutiny of Welsh Government 2013/2014 draft budget
The Chair welcomed the Minister and his officials. The Members questioned the Minister.
The Minister agreed to provide the following:
The full list of performance indicators for Sport Wales;
A note on what land has been released by the Government for public housing since the elections;
Provide information on the equality impact assessment that was carried out on the disabled housing grants; and
A note on how much funding each local authority receives and is spend (including historical spend) on the disabled facilities grants;
To provide a written response to the unasked questions.
3. Scrutiny of Welsh Government 2013/2014 draft budget
The Chair welcomed the Minister and his officials. The Members questioned the Minister.
4. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
Motion was agreed.
5. Inquiry into the Welsh Premier League - Consideration of Draft Report
The Committee agreed the draft report subject to a few minor amendments.
6. Consideration of Committee Forward Work Programme
The Committee noted the forward work programme.
7. Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Disabled Persons Parking Badges Bill - Consideration of evidence and draft report
The Committee considered the evidence and draft report on the Legislative Consent Memorandum.
